Our institute has been making every effort to improve technologies in order to produce the best plastic molds since its establishment.
The institute has accumulated various designs and development know-how through technological exchanges with advanced countries and our 22 researchers try to uncover problems in advance after discussing issues with customers through design reviews, 3D modeling and CAE analysis and reflect the results of FMEA activities to secure accuracy and precision.
The institute, aiming to achieve unmanned tooling with a mold manufacturing process system that unifies 3D modeling, CAM and CNC machining, is continuously conducting research and developing technologies to secure an unparalleled position in this area.
